Oh ya I know but do you still fish in November anywhere? I was at Bryers lodge @ Woseley Bay the first weekend in Oct. Weather was brutal & no Muskie. Went to the West Arm Lodge the following weekend(Thanksgiving) got 2 in the boat & lost 1 at the boat but all were small.

Wosley Bay. The most effective baits seem to be Jerk Baits - any flavour!!!

Nice catch. Where do you stay when you go up to the French? Which type of lures do you like to use?

Here is an example of the average size muskie we see at the south end of the lake. This one is actually in the river.

My biggest for the 2010 season

Since I have moved to the lower end of Pigeon Lake I am catching a lot more fish. The only problem is that they are much smaller than what I was used to on Buckhorn. When I have the time I move up the lake for the bigger ones, but mostly I stick to my end of the lake.
I have seen some bigger fish - it just seems that the smaller ones are that much more aggressive. This Muskie (43 Inch) was in the grass in about 3 feet of water.... I went back to that spot a number of times and keep getting follows or nailing big bass. Not sure what is so good about this spot, but something made me stop there and it turned out to be a good decision.
